James Clear
The basic idea, very shortly: tiny habits compound. Don't obsess over goals — build systems, and let small, repeated actions reshape who you are. Real change isn't about outcomes; it's about becoming the kind of person those outcomes belong to.
It's got a great hook and genuinely nice visuals, and the whole thing is easy to move through. As George Carlin put it — "If it's help from a book someone else wrote, it's not self-help — it's just help!" By that measure, this is my favorite book in the 'help' genre so far.
